Madhur Vada....Beka??


Its raining Its pouring, the old man is Snoring..


How we wish we could eat crispy hot Madhur vada and take a short nap??

 Madhur vada

Ingredients

 Rice flour
Uppit Ravey
Chiroti Ravey
Maida
Salt
Hing
Oil
Curry leaves
Green Chillies
Onions

1.       Mix 2 measure rice flour+1 measure uppit ravey+2 spoons chiroti ravey+4  tbsps maida+salt+hing
2.       Heat 5 spoons oil and pour it to the mix
3.       Add sliced curry leaves,green chillies(5 nos) paste and finely chopped onions
4.       Add ¾ to 1 cup water slowly and mix the dough. Make it soft.
5.       Take small balls, flatten it in the hand and deep fry it at medium flame
6.       Allow it to cool completely and then serve
