Grilled Sandwhich




   Grilled Veggies Sandwhich

Bread slices
Potato
tomaotes
Cucumber
Capsicum
Cabbage
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Green chillies
Butter or ghee
Pepper
Salt
Mozarella Cheese

  Sandwhich maker

1.       Buy bread from bakery.
2.       Boil and mash 1 big potato
3.       Cut tomatoes, cucumber to thin circles. Cut capsicum and cabbage to thin strips
4.       Make green chutney. Grind Mint leaves+coriander leaves+green chillies to paste.
5.       Take 2 Bread slices.
6.       On 1 slice, apply green chutney, place cucumber, tomato, mashed potato,capsicum,cabbage
7.       Sprinkle pepper powder and salt.
8.       Shred some mozzarella cheese all over
9.       Cover the other slice over this. Place it in sandwhich maker
10.    Now apply little butter or ghee on the 2 breads, which is facing the sandwhich maker.
11.    Close it and turn ON

Crispy, Crunchy Veggies cheese Sandwhich is ready to eat. Serve with lays chips and tomato sauce…..
