Kerala Parota

I must mention that one of my friend helped me with this recipe. I had failed several times. But succeeded finally..Special Thanks to Veena aunty





1.     Kerala Parota

Ingredients

Maida
Salt
Water
Ghee
Rice flour
Oil

1.       Mix maida,salt with water. Make a loose dough. Leave it aside for 20 -30 minutes
2.       Roll it out to a thin sheet.
3.       Mix ghee and rice flour in a separate bowl, to form a scrumbled mixture.
4.       Now apply this mixture upon the rolled out dough, evenly
5.       Cut the dough in to thin strips.Place 1 strip over the other and like wise arrive at 1 complete strip
6.       Now roll it gently to form a circle and gently flatten it from top.
7.       Very gently roll it out like a chapatti, but not very big.
8.       Put it on hot tawa and roast it with oil or ghee on both the sides.

Serve with Kadal curry…
